Kenmore is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Kenmore is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Came here from NYC and decided to try the galbi based on Rock’s recommendation. It was really good! The meat was high quality, tender, and cooked perfectly. They cook the meat in the kitchen rather than at the table, which I usually don’t prefer for Korean BBQ, but I was honestly impressed with how well it came out. Rock was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and his service made the experience even better. The interior is a little dated, but the great food and warm service more than make up for it. Definitely a place I’d come back to next time I’m in the area!

Today me and my friend had such a disappointing experience. I really love their food especially Jajjangmyeon. However, the old employee in this establishment gave us a hard time. It wasn’t language barrier or anything and we were very polite to him. We just asked him if I could have Jajjangmyeon sauce on side. He rolled his eyes and started talking to us in rude way saying no we don’t do that but I always get it that way whenever I come. But we was respectful and said it’s fine then and finished our order. But after few mins there was another couples in front of us who requested same way but he said okay to them? I was confused and wondering why he was rude to us? Afterward he saw I heard it and brought us the sauce on side. He didn’t even once came up to us to ask if we need anything. Honestly, usually when we come it’s young boys who serves us and we never had an issue with them and they were very kind to us. I would understand if it was busy and he was tired but there was only us and 2 other customers there. I just hope he was having a bad day but we were honestly excited to eat there and got treated that way which honestly ruined this place for us.

The restaurant isn’t fancy, but the food is excellent. Even my parents visiting from South Korea said it was delicious. We had the stone pot bibimbap, soft tofu stew, jajangmyeon, pork belly, and sweet and sour pork, and every dish was great. The sweet and sour pork was so good that we ordered it twice! One small suggestion: having staff take orders directly instead of having customers write them on a notepad might make the dining experience even better. Other than that, we had a wonderful meal and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

This is a hidden gem! So thankful my friends found this place. The food is delicious and portions are satisfying. It's a small place with BIG flavor. The staff is very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend this place even though my selfish side wants it to remain a small hidden gem. πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ
